In most cases a lot of people tend to eat their way to death. Most of them eat even though they are not hungry because you will find people who eat when they are sad, angry or upset, even when trying to relax they also eat for other numerous reasons. According to Daily Mail (Tuesday, March,20, 2012: By Emily Allen), There is a woman who dreams of becoming the world's fatest woman, she even revealed that she was marrying a chef. The 33 year old, Susan Eman revealed her controversial dream of reaching a target weight of over 115 stones last year, so that she could become the biggest human ever, now she currently weighs 54 stones. She was warned by doctors that she was putting her life in danger but she did not listen and felt that she had to fulfil her needs and make her dream come true.

- Stroke
- Metabolic syndrome
- Certain types of cancer
- Sleep apnoea
- Osteoarthritis
- Gallbladder disease
- Fatty liver disease
- Pregnancy complications etc .
Weighing too much may increase your risk for developing many health problems, therefore you must avoid eating unnecessarily for example, when you are sad, rather find someone to talk to and avoid finding comfort in food. Educate yourself to eat healthier meals at least 6 days in a week, then you can eat junk food on a certain day maybe on Sundays but not always, drink lots of fluid, eat a maximum of 5 fruits per day, avoid unhealthy drinks, learn to exercise everyday (make time for it), read more about health, and if possible there are public relations campaigns sometimes about health, you can attend one to learn more about healthier ways of living.

It is amazing how we as individuals think, or should i say dream.It is good to dream of any goal, but we must bear in mind the reality part of it and the consequences there after.

DeleteI believe that fat people that are proud of it should be left alone, if they want to die they want to die, why feel sorry for them, or give them attention.If we stop giving them attention then they won't find any fun in setting dangerous unhealthy goals. Sometimes it's the attention they enjoy when people stare at them. We should rather focus on those who have no food to eat give them our attention and what we can. Fat people have a choice to stop eating or not people with no food don't.
ReplyDeleteYes but Phemelo I, personally, was thinking about her kids because they trully need her but she is just being selfish and not thinking about them, what kind of a parent is she, and what example is she setting as a parent to them?
DeletePeople should limit when they eat,this is really bad.ones you become very fat you no longer become your problem but other people's problem also.you are going to need people to take care of you ones you become very obise.who is going to take care of your family?
